We are a small apiary where more time can be taken to care for our bees. This honey is from wildflowers in northeast Florida. It has been extracted a little later in the year to pick up a slight bolder taste than early spring honey. Great to put in coffee as alternative sweetener or drizzle over ice cream for a real treat. Also fantastic to use over pancakes or toast. It is a bit darker from that late extraction.
