Hot Datil Pepper Honey

This honey has been infused with home grown Datil Peppers in Florida. The original honey used is Wildflower local to my bees. It was infused for several months to optimize the flavor and heat from the Datil Peppers. First you get that wonderful taste of my local honey, then the Datil Peppers start to add heat to your mouth. Not to overbearing heat but enough for those looking for some spice.

Great to put on waffles are fried chicken to give it that spicy kick we all look for.
