Medium Hot Datil Pepper Honey

This honey has been infused with home grown Datil Peppers in Florida. The original honey used is Wildflower local to my bees. It was infused for several months to optimize the flavor and heat from the Datil Peppers. First you get that wonderful taste of my local honey, then the Datil Peppers start to add mild heat to your mouth. Not to overbearing heat but enough for those looking for mild spice.

This honey was cut with 40% straight Wildflower Honey not to be too overly hot for those that cannot take much heat.

Great to put on waffles are fried chicken to give it that spicy kick we all look for.
